Humaira has over 20 years of Quality Compliance experience. 6 of those within food supplements and previously with the world’s largest and most broadly-based healthcare company. She oversees Quality/HR activities for all VMS sites. Humaira’s responsibilities include Quality/HR and health & Safety. As part of this role Humaira takes the lead with all external and internal site audits. Having interacted with SGS, QMS and Organic Farmers & Growers, amongst various others. Humaira works closely with other senior management to deliver on-site training. Alongside ensuring HR compliance.

Jackie Lowndes

Jackie has worked for VMS Solutions since its inception in 2005 and has helped it to grow and develop in to the company it is today. Alongside her company secretarial duties, Jackie has led our Procurement Department for the last 15 years. Over this time, she has developed excellent relationships with many of the industry’s leading suppliers, ensuring that we purchase the best quality ingredients possible. Jackie works closely with manufacturing and planning to ensure that all key ingredients are in on time to meet stated lead times.

Phil is our non-executive director and also chairs our Board meetings. He spent 36 years with Barclays Bank working as a Relationship Director to large corporate clients and has been with VMS for over 3 years. In particular, Phil helps the finance department, also providing strategic direction to the wider management team. Outside of the company Phil acts as a non-executive for a number of other local companies and charities.
